The beautiful location and the views, with no other buildings in sight

This hotel was very clean and bright with lovely country surroundings. There were farm animals in the fields adjoining the hotel, which appealed to the children who were there.

We orderd duck, which could have been more tender. Perhaps we were a little unfortunate as all of the other food was excellent.

A bit off the beaten track for an overnight stay to/from channel ports.Rooms quite bland.

The staff were very plesant & helpful and the room and dining room were fine. The dinners were excellent.

The breakfasts were not good. The 'hot' choices were only luke warm, and the coffee was not very hot. There was no hot milk for the coffee and the bread was not up to the usual French standard.

Peaceful family run hotel in very quiet location

It was clean. The grounds and views were lovely, and there was ample car parking space.

It was very difficult to find. The restaurant service was extremely slow, and the food tasteless. It was also very expensive for the quality, and lack of choice of menu.

Noisy cockerells early in the morning. If this is likely to disturb you, try requesting a room that does not back onto the neighbouring farmyard.

We stayed with 3 couples on a bike tour. Very friendly reception, nice roooms ; not too luxurious, but that's okay for a one night stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The dinner in the hotel was surprisingly good. We are from Belgium and do expect typically more than what France has to offer, but we were really pleasantly surprised. Also breakfast was more than okay. There were some bad comments on the Booked.net site , but they are no longer relevant, I feel. Breakfast was very good. All in all a very good choice of hotel ! Congratulations to the staff !

a good sized double room and bathroom spoilt by only two bedside lights which was the only lighting in the room and no hot water.
